About The Project
Mister Mailman is going to die.
He’s just trying to do his job. He loves his job. Most importantly, he loves his mail. But none of that will save him from death or even worse: Miss Belvedere.
Mister Mailman is a colorful and cartoonish dark comedy inspired by the surreal suburban calamity of Tim Burton, Joe Dante, and David Lynch.

Behind The Scenes
Many of my favorite movies growing up involved some form of “suburban calamity”. I love the idea of something dark or weird creeping in on the kind of neighborhoods that I grew up in. Films like The Burbs, Gremlins, Edward Scissorhands, and Blue Velvet all played a big role in influencing Mister Mailman.
